What is CriteriaPilot?

CriteriaPilot turns product requirements, ideas, screenshots, and supported documents into structured acceptance criteria, user stories, and bug reports.

What are acceptance criteria?

Acceptance criteria are specific, testable conditions that define when a feature is complete. They help product, development, and QA teams agree on expected behavior.

Is CriteriaPilot free?

Yes. You can create an account and start with free access. Usage limits help keep the service reliable for everyone.

What files can I upload?

You can upload supported images, PDFs, DOCX, TXT, Markdown, CSV, JSON, HTML, and RTF files up to 25 MB. Older DOC and Excel file formats are not supported.

Which languages are supported?

CriteriaPilot supports more than 40 output languages. Select your preferred language before you generate a result.

Can I edit and export generated work?

Yes. You can edit results, improve them, run a quality check, copy content, and export supported formats. Signed-in users can also manage results in History.

Does it integrate directly with Jira?

CriteriaPilot can prepare Jira-ready content and fields for you to copy into an issue. A direct Jira integration is not currently available.

How is my data handled?

Your submitted content is processed to provide the requested AI feature. Generated work is stored in your account history until you manage or delete it. Read the Privacy Policy for details.
